This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, developing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for diverse roles across industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to operate independently.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles across industries.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a team of recruiters within the branch or city office, ensuring a high standard of performance and successful placement outcomes.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the sole point of contact (POC) for clients in the branch or city office, building strong partnerships and understanding their specific hiring needs.
Sourcing Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Market Insights and Talent Mapping: Analyze and provide insights on local talent market trends, industry demand, and availability of talent pools to inform hiring strategies.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and quality of hire. Provide regular reports and feedback to the regional management team.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for Renvoi in the local market, building the agency’s reputation as a trusted recruitment partner.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies within the branch to increase candidate quality and client satisfaction.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a preference for experience within a recruitment agency or a similar environment.
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to build and lead a team, with strong management and mentoring skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes across various industries, with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
