The Director of Event Production is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of live events for Legacy Combat Warfare across various domestic and international locations. This role involves securing venues, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless execution of events. This position will supervise the technical aspects of the events including the on-air broadcasts, the in-venue productions, the worldwide transmissions, as well as coordination of event production logistics and assuring quality control of all sub-contracted operations. In addition, this role will facilitate internal and external live and posted productions, events and functions at the Preceptors' production and broadcast facility in Noida.

Key Responsibilties
Creative Development: Oversee the creative development of promotional initiatives and live events, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and brand identity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Sponsorship, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs, as well as domestic and international broadcasting partners, to ensure seamless execution of events.
Production Enhancements: Provide creative vision and constructive critiques for various production elements, aiming to improve fan experiences and the overall quality of events and broadcasts.
Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control of on-air products, ensuring that all broadcasts meet the highest standards.
Issue Tracking: Develop and implement a system for tracking on-air issues, fostering continual improvement for future broadcasts and productions.
Resource Management: Collaborate with vendors to identify and secure necessary resources for diverse production needs.
Logistical Coordination: Work with the Operations Department to secure transportation for production facilities and equipment for domestic and international events, ensuring efficient load-in, setup, and execution.
Technical Liaison: Regularly correspond with touring video, lighting, sound, and communications departments to ensure the functionality and integrity of Legacy Combat Warfare-owned assets, facilitating repairs and ensuring timely maintenance.
Documentation Management: Ensure that international licensees receive all necessary broadcast and technical documentation in a timely manner, connecting with appropriate personnel.
Partnership Development: Maintain relationships with existing international licensees while initiating connections with new partners and distribution channels during the onboarding process.
Transmission Coordination: Work closely with distribution and content partners to guarantee correct delivery of live transmissions and that file-based deliveries meet their specifications.
Event Scope Management: Collaborate with transmission project managers and engineers to provide up-to-date information on event scope, dates, times, and deliverables to facilitate timely planning and budgeting.
On-Site Productions: Engage with international partners during on-site productions, addressing their technical needs for broadcast execution.
Broadcast Supervision: Supervise unilateral broadcasts and transmissions, ensuring the successful integration of sponsored assets within productions.
Post-Production Collaboration: Work with post-production teams to ensure that event records are delivered promptly and with the highest quality.
Crew Scheduling: Partner with Production Managers to schedule control room and studio crews for various internal and external productions.
Technical Quality Assurance: Collaborate with engineers to guarantee technical quality and readiness at the Legacy Combat Warfare Broadcast Operations Center for various sports, entertainment, and corporate events.
Client Engagement: Initiate technical discussions with potential third-party clients and formulate solutions and estimates to contribute to formal proposals for events at Legacy Combat Warfare.
3rd Party Operations: Oversee the successful technical operations of third-party events and productions, in addition to internal live events and studio productions.
Crew Evaluations Database: Maintain a database of crew evaluations for scheduling, rate negotiations, and performance reviews.
Corporate Initiatives Support: Work with internal departments to facilitate production needs for corporate initiatives and functions such as town halls, press conferences, and corporate parties.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, exploring opportunities for integration into broadcasts and operational efficiencies within productions.
Qalifications:
Bachelor's degree with studies in television production or digital media.
6+ years of broadcast remote operations and studio production experience (preferably at the network level) and 2+ years of project management experience.
Experience in financial forecasting, budget preparation, and management.
Knowledge of production equipment functionality, including video switchers, audio consoles, graphics platforms, replay servers, camera systems, signal transport, and video transmission solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong performance under pressure, including meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities.
